Personal Affairs Checklist

Organising your Personal Affairs

You never know what is around the corner and in the event of an unforeseen happening, it is vital to have important personal details close to hand. With this in mind, “The Personal Affairs Checklist” (PAC) allows you to record your personal information on one document.
The checklist comes in three parts:
Section 1 gives information about your key advisers, location of your will, funeral arrangements.
Section 2 gives information about your Bank/Building Society Accounts and Insurance Policies
Section 3 gives information on your employer, any directorships and your local tax office.
Complete it as fully as possible, then print it and keep it somewhere safe, may be with your will, or at the bank. Please send us a copy when complete and we can also store it on our files too.
The PAC is not a will and should not contain instructions about what you should be done with your money or possessions. It is a record of where your key personal records, assets and papers can be located.
